Annual Fay Gale Public Lecture

This public lecture was inaugurated by the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia in 2010 and is named in honour of the late Professor Fay Gale.  Each year a distinguished female social scientist is chosen by the Academy and this year the Annual Fay Gale Public Lecture is to be delivered by Professor Chris Beasley. The title of Chris’ talk is: ‘What matters in social change?: The uncertain significance of caring’.
