2015 ANZAC programming competitions underway

Teams competing in ANZAC programming competition

Seven University of Adelaide teams competed against teams from Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines in the second round of the ANZAC programming competition.

The ANZAC competition is a 5 round competition designed as practice for the ACM International Collegiate Programming Competition.

Adelaide was well represented by teams at all levels of experience and placed in the top 10.  All University of Adelaide teams were able to solve at least one of the 11 challenging coding problems (the top team in the competition was able to solve 6).

A great start and looking promising to retain the Golden Ukulele (top South Australian team) and matching last year’s winning of a position in the regional finals.

Well done to all teams
