School of Computer Science hosts CodeClub Australia

The School of Computer Science is working with CodeClub Australia in helping prepare South Australian teachers for the new Digital Technologies Curriculum. Our first event, running on Monday 24th August, will see approximately 20 teachers working with CodeClub to develop their knowledge in Computer Science.

Microsoft challenges students in programming competition

Leading into the careers expo, Microsoft engineers welcomed students in a tech talk on how Big Data is shaping Microsoft projects and challenged students to test their coding skills in a 3 hour ACM style programming competition for a Microsoft Xbox One and $100 gift cards.
