You can enrol now for the AdelaideX MOOC “Think. Create. Code.”, for an April start!
Have you ever wondered how you can create your own digital images and artwork? Are you curious about coding? Would you like to know what the buzzword “Computational Thinking” means?
In this 6 week course, you will learn about Computational Thinking and how to create code by creating digital artwork. You will have opportunities to share your creations in the Art Gallery feature and have a chance to look at and critique your peers’ code and art.
You will be guided through the course by our fantastic and knowledgeable CSER Computer Science lecturers, A/Professor Katrina Falkner, Dr Claudia Szabo and Dr Nick Falkner. Dr Rebecca Vivian has also assisted with the educational design.
This course welcomes all levels of experience – from those who have no programming experience to those with experience who would like to try coding in a creative context! As a bonus, you will be able to create your artworks in the MOOC – meaning that you will not need to download any additional software.
