ECIC PhD Poster Competition

The ECIC held its first-ever PhD poster competition on 2 November in the ECIC office. Seventeen students and researchers participated in the competition and produced some amazing posters summarizing and describing their research.

A wonderful turnout of students and ECIC staff enjoyed the viewing of the posters gallery, and the afternoon resulted in a good opportunity for students and staff to interact and share information about the ongoing research at ECIC.

The viewing session closed with a short presentation ceremony when Professor Noel Lindsay and PhD Program Director Jiwat Ram presented prizes to the winning posters in two categories.

Congratulations to Lois Hazelton for winning the Students’ Choice award, and to Gregor Ferguson for receiving  the Judges Choice award. Check out the gallery.
