Foresight & Social Change and Business & Carbon Management lecturer, Dr. Kristin Alford, has an article in The Conversation addressing the complex issue of creating pathways towards a future of environmental sustainability and social equality in Australia.

Kristen’s article comes as a response to the recent publication Negotiating our future: Living scenarios for Australia to 2050, Phase 1 of The Australian Academy of Science’s Australia 2050 project. Kirsten highlights the importance of locating strategies and pathways for sustainability within a social context, arguing that economic and environmental considerations should not be thought about in isolation.
