The Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) is after several photographers for their event, the Space Generation Congress (SGC) which is in Adelaide from the 21st to 23rd of September. This event will be held at the University of Adelaide, mainly in the Ingkarni Wardli space and adjacent buildings.
The SGC manager would like 2 photographers per day, over the 3 days, in addition to 1 or 2 on the opening night. Photographers do not have to commit to all 3 days. Photographers can do 1 afternoon, or a day and a half. Completely flexible.
The position is not a paid service, however you will receive in-kind payment through food and drink on the day(s) and potentially some space ‘swag’ from global space companies involved in the SGC such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, NASA, JAXA, ESA, etc.
So if you like aerospace or space engineering, space law or even NASA’s plans for Mars, you will be able to experience the same presentation content as the SGC delegates while working as a photographer at this event.
