On Friday 20th March Professor Kym Anderson gave a lecture in the State Library’s Mortlock Room to 80 Heads of Missions (Ambassadors and High Commissioners in Canberra), Chaired by the Foreign Minister Julie Bishop, who was hosting the HoMs on a 3-day retreat to South Australia. The Minister asked Prof. Anderson to speak on SA Higher Education and Research including through partnerships with developing countries.
