GlobalFood-FrontScreen2

The Global Food Studies team will be at the Waite hub between 11:45am and 2:00pm on Thursday, 20 August 2015 to talk about how food will become the important issue for the global economy over the next decade. Visit us to hear about our programs and how you may be able to fit a Global Food elective in.

Global Food and Agricultural Business postgraduate programs enable students to develop the practical research, advisory and business skills necessary for careers in food and agricultural related industries. Courses include: Global Food and Agricultural Markets, Global Food and Agricultural Policy Analysis and Trends and Issues in the World Food System.

Global Food Studies offers fantastic opportunities to get out into the field with industry outings and practical courses such as Topics in Agricultural Business B. Students visit leading South Australian agribusinesses and are challenged to identify and interpret the nature of current business challenges and opportunities as well as compare and contrast the characteristics of the business strategies being used.

Look out for our stand in the Waite Hub, we will be giving out locally sourced apples and free trade chocolate!

We look forward to seeing you,

Global Food Studies Team
