Franc de Zwart

Dr Franc de Zwart practised from 1993-1996 with the Melbourne firm of Arthur Robinson and Hedderrwicks (now Allens Linklaters) including a six-month secondment to the Australian Grand Prix Corporation. He joined the Adelaide Law School from the University’s Business School and, prior to that, Monash University in Victoria. His Doctoral Thesis is a theory that can be used to make hypotheses in relation to the relative importance of governance mechanisms, structure and variables in enhancing the long-term efficiency and sustainability of the for-profit firm.

His current research areas are:
