Upgrade to Library Catalogue – latest update

Our Library Catalogue will undergo an extensive upgrade next week, including a migration to new servers. While we will maintain search access, there will be restrictions. You will be unable to place requests, or to view your loans and other personal details, or to renew loans, during the upgrade.

The upgrade will start at 1am on Tuesday, 24th January and is predicted to take up to three days to complete.

Update: Due to some delays in the upgrade – and the public holiday on Thursday – it will now be Friday before we can restore normal functionality.

Latest update (Friday 27 Feb 5pm): Still having problems with authentication for remote access to e-resources. We’re working on it as a matter of urgency! Please try again later….

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Note that searching through Summon, and access to electronic databases, will be unaffected by the upgrade.
