Wellness, Re-Ablement and Resilience Symposium – Living My Life My Way
The symposium is being held in collaboration with the Australian Association of Gerontology, the Seniors Information Service and the South Australian Self-Management Alliance. The symposium is also being held in conjunction with the Disability, Ageing and Lifestyle Expo.
The focus of the symposium will be on innovative ways to promote the wellness and re-ablement approach.
There will be interactive workshops, table top presentations on innovative programs and action sessions, so be prepared to join in.

Ngaire Hobbins – Ngaire is an experienced Dietician and author of the popular book
‘Eat To Cheat Ageing’. She is passionate about encouraging people to relish great food and to get the most out of life.
Josephine Boylan – Jo is the Director of Operations Southern Cross Care (SA & NT).
She has specialized in healthy ageing, focusing on creating ‘a setting’ for prevention, rehabilitation and health promotion.
Dr Andrew Horwood – Andrew is a holistic GP, who has studied holistic medicine, counselling and personal spiritual growth.
He is a workshop presenter, mentor and poet.
