While we are well known for our role in training medical doctors, we also have a proud research record of vigorous and diverse research programs in basic science with applications to health and clinical research across six core disciplines.

Our researchers are recognised nationally and internationally for their achievements. Research ranges from inquiry into fundamental questions through to work which has a direct clinical application.
