Paul Kerin

Professor Paul Kerin is a non-executive director of Diabetes SA, member of the Governance Committee of the Down Syndrome Society of S.A. Inc. and member of the Investment Process Committee of funds manager JCP Investment Partners.

Paul’s career has spanned the academic, business, media, not-for-profit, public policy and regulatory sectors. Previous roles include Head of The School of Economics at the University of Adelaide, Professorial Fellow in Strategy at Melbourne Business School, Managing Director of A.T. Kearney in Australia & New Zealand, columnist with The Australian, BRW and Company Director, CEO of the Essential Services Commission of South Australia, Chairman of Prahran Market and various directorships.

His passion for policy was featured in The Adelaidean recently; that feature is available at: Making a difference – Economics fuels passion for policy. He is also a passionate Adelaide Crows fan.

A Fulbright Scholar, Paul has a PhD in Business Economics and A.M. from Harvard University and is a proud alumnus of the University of Adelaide’s School of Economics, from which he received B.Ec(Hons 1) and Master of Economics degrees.
