About the speaker, John MacPhail

John MacPhail is the head of the IP and Technology section at Finlaysons Lawyers in Adelaide. He is an expert in and advises and assists in all aspects of intellectual property, marketing, advertising and sales law. John represents a wide variety of clients in commercial transactions and disputes concerning protection of brands, trade marks, and more.

This seminar qualifies for one hour professional development under the CPM program of the Australian Marketing Institute.
