The Reproductive Revolution – Have We Gone Too Far?

We are in the middle of a reproductive revolution that is changing the way we think about fertility and social aspects of families. We have also developed new technologies in stem cells that will affect regenerative medicine. Are our technologies in reproduction too far ahead of the social consequences and ethical decisions found in our society?

About the Speaker

Robert NormanProfessor Robert Norman holds a personal chair as Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Adelaide and is a subspecialist in reproductive medicine (CREI) and in endocrine biochemistry (FRCPA).  He is Director of the Robinson Institute at the University of Adelaide, a collection of 350 researchers in reproductive health and regenerative medicine.
