Vulnerable South Australians and the 2014-15 Federal Budget

WISeR have released a report that presents case studies exploring the lived experiences of six families giving a personal perspective of the impacts of the 2014-15 Federal Budget.

The study focusses on the three groups of vulnerable South Australian households identified as being amongst the most severely affected by the budget changes.

The report concludes that the 2014-15 Federal Budget is likely to have significant negative direct and indirect impacts on the majority of SA households, particularly sole parent families, aged persons and low income couple families with dependent children.
