The Mature Economy – The Business of Ageing Report

On Thursday 17 September, The Hon. Zoe Bettison, Minister for Ageing, launched the Mature Economy – The Business of Ageing Report at the Mature Economy Forum, held at the Stretton Centre, Munno Para.  The report is the outcome of the Mature Economy Project sponsored by the Stretton Centre and the Office for the Ageing.

The report focuses on the extent to which population ageing presents economic opportunities across a range of sectors.  In particular, it explores what industries and jobs might grow in response to population ageing.  Local, national and global opportunities are scoped, with particular reference to the Asia Pacific region.

The full report can be accessed on the WISeR website.  A report summary is also available.
