‘Shakespeare at the Globe’ course awarded grant to assist students

Associate Professor Lucy Potter has been awarded $21,500 under the Australian Government’s Endeavour Mobility Grants scheme.

The funds will assist students from disadvantaged backgrounds to attend performances of Shakespeare’s plays in London and Stratford-upon-Avon as part of Lucy’s ‘Shakespeare at the Globe’ course, a new addition to the Department’s offerings that will run for the first time in 2017.

Associate Professor Lucy Potter is from the Department of English and Creative Writing, School of Humanities within the Faculty of Arts at the University of Adelaide.
