2018 Graeme Hugo Memorial Scholarship

Applications are now open for the 2018 Graeme Hugo Memorial Scholarship.

Professor Graeme Hugo AO was an Australian demographer, academic and geographer. He served as the Director of the Hugo Centre for Migration and Population Research at the University of Adelaide. He passed away on 20 January 2015.

The Scholarship is to the value of $5,000 and will be awarded to a successful applicant undertaking Full-time Honours within the Faculty of Arts in the field of population, migration or a similar area of study to the late Professor Graeme Hugo.

The scholarship will include an internship with the Department of State Development and will involve undertaking a project that is of value to the Government and, importantly, count towards the recipient’s qualification.
