Leadership breakfast links flexibility and performance

Philip MortonOn 23 March 2010 the Adelaide Business School hosted its inaugural Leadership Breakfast. Our special guest speaker was Philip Morton, Managing Partner, Morton Philips.


Philip Morton is an accomplished Company Director, General Manager, and a proven high level Executive Search Consultant who has contributed to many taskforces on employment. His qualifications are in engineering and management. He joined Morgan & Banks in 1997 which later became Hudson, where he was recognised with a President’s award as Hudson’s Top Operations Leader for Australia and New Zealand in 2003. He subsequently co-founded Morton Philips to continue his interest in the human aspects of business operation providing services in organisation reviews, restructure, development, learning and strategic HR performance.
