Industry gets the main say in research direction of the CRC for Managing Complex Projects and Programs

Professor Ockie Bosch and Dr Nam Nguyen from the Systems Design and Complexity Management team in the Business School (Marketing and Management) hosted a Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) for Managing Complex Projects and Programs (MCPP) workshop on 17 October 2013.  The purpose of the workshop was to inform industry and government departments about the benefits of partnering with the CRC.

Greg Spinks, Director Strategy and Bid Development, CRC for MCPP, provided background of the CRC and the overarching goals. Professor Bosch gave an overview of the various programs and how being involved will provide access to a large group of expertise in Australia and overseas to help address their complex problems in a systems and interdisciplinary way.

The workshop was well received and attended by 15 participants from government, industry and the Adelaide City Council.
