Dr Fiona Kerr appeared on the SBS program Insight to discuss if Australians are getting enough sleep.
Dr Kerr focuses on the impact of napping and the effects of blue screens on sleep and states “blue screens change how melatonin works in the brain and changes the way we are sensitised to light and the circadian rhythm”.
