Hanyu Qiao Chinese Speaking Competition for High School Students

Registrations are now open for the 2011 Hanyu Qiao (Chinese Bridge) Chinese speaking competition for high school students.

The competition brings together the best Chinese language students from SA, WA, NT and ACT as they deliver speeches and performances to compete for the right to represent Australia at the international finals in China.

The competition will be held at the University of Adelaide on 23 and 24 June.  Please see the information sheet for eligibility and registration details.

Attending the final day of the competition on 24 June is free and open to the public and school groups.  More detailed time/venue information will be available prior to the competition. Please contact the Confucius Institute if you would like to attend.
