CI-TACDC MOU signed on 29 July 2014

The Confucius Institute at the University of Adelaide and the The Australia China Development Company have developed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly promote a greater understanding of South Australia’s relationship with China. 

This will include:

a.Create a greater awareness amongst the business community about the way China undertakes business.
b.The development of general community Chinese cultural events. 
c.To attract investment from China into South Australia.

This Memorandum of Understanding was signed by The Australia China Development Company Chairman the Hon. Chris Schacht and Professor Kent Anderson , Pro-Vice Chancellor (International) from the University of Adelaide . The signing was witnessed by Professor Mobo Gao, Director, Confucius Institute, University of Adelaide and Chair of Chinese Studies, and Conan Fahey, Director of the Australia China Development Company. The Confucius Institute is looking forward to further collaboration with TACDC under this new MOU.
