The first “Thinker” in a rebooted Thinkers in Residence program will this week outline her ideas for building the “social economy” in South Australia. The program, which is no longer funded by the State Government, has been taken on by the Don Dunstan Foundation, with an 18-month focus on “social capital” starting this week.
