Shoal is offering a paid summer internship for a team of two undergraduate or masters students who are interested in aerospace engineering, software engineering, and systems engineering.
The successful team will work closely with a technical supervisor on an engineering project, while developing skills in project management, and experiencing the Shoal culture! The following are an indication of the project topics, full scope and content will be defined upon initiation of the program:
- Building and simulating rocket models to assess system performance and modelling techniques
- Visualising complex systems designs to better communicate the complexity of a large and interconnected network of elements
- Integrating our capability design descriptive-modelling with analytical modelling
This is a team-based program – you must apply as a pair and will be working together for the duration of the internship. Your application will feature a 300-word executive summary, individual CVs, and a 60-second video to answer the following question: How much pizza will be consumed on Mars in the year 2100?
Applications close on 31 August 2018.
