Assoc Prof Matt Roughan receives Sigmetrics Test of Time award

Associate Professor Matt Roughan, School of Mathematical Sciences, received the Sigmetrics Test of Time award, which was presented at the recent Sigmetrics conference in Pittsburgh. The award is for his work on the paper Fast accurate computation of large-scale IP traffic matrices from link loads.
