Wine Globalization: A New Comparative History

Congratulations to Professor Kym Anderson and co-editor Vicente Pinilla.  Cambridge University published both a hardback and paperback version of their 2018 book Wine Globalization: A new Comparative History.

Plus, it is now being translated into Mandarin and will be co-published with the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Press (forthcoming 2020).

It was a co-recipient with their Global Markets, 1860-2016 book, of the 2018 Prize for World’s Best Wine Economics Book, from the Paris-based Organisation Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin.

The book itself, gathers some of the world’s leading wine economists and economic Historians to examine the development of national wine industries before and during the two waves of globalization.

Incredible achievements, they should be extremely proud of their hard work, and we look forward to seeing more.
