Abstract: More and more Australians are experiencing time pressures associated with managing paid work, family and finding opportunities for rest, exercise and enjoying leisure activities. Why is this, given our increases in workplace productivity and efficiency since the post-war era? John de Graaf will talk about how taking back our time and sharing the load is essential to reducing unemployment, improving wellbeing and living sustainably.
