The Peter Cullen Trust announces that applications to the 2013 Science to Policy Leadership Program are now open. The Science and Policy Leadership Program is built on developing leadership and communication skills specifically geared to bringing about positive change in water and catchment management in Australia. The program commences in September 2013.
The 2013 Science to Policy Leadership Program comprises of two hands-on sessions of experiential learning. These sessions focus on developing awareness and skills that will enable water scientists, policy makers and other key stakeholders in the water space to effectively participate in, and influence, policy development.
Current highly regarded experts and leaders in science and policy and politicians from various parties will share their experiences in leading informed decision making.
Please note applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to be considered for this program.
