The Environment Institute blog brings you the latest news, research and events from within The Environment Institute.
The University of Adelaide established the Environment Institute in 2009 to tackle some of the most serious environmental challenges facing Australia and the world.
Research undertaken within the Institute delivers know-how and understanding that will underpin a step change improvement in the management of natural resources such as water, soil, land and native flora and fauna, particularly under changing climate and economic conditions.
The views expressed by guest bloggers from time to time are their own and not necessarily those of the Environment Institute or the University of Adelaide.
The Institute brings together leading research groups at the University of Adelaide in the fields of science, engineering and economics relating to the management and use of natural resources and infrastructure. The Institute combines the research strengths of 7 research themes organised into centres and programs.
