The EU Centre for Global Affairs announces the allocation for 2016 of a total of AUD$58,943 for both full and partial funding of proposed research projects on the basis of a competitive application process.

Successful applicants are Dr Allan O’Connor (Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation and Innovation Centre, the University of Adelaide), Ms Alexandra Hordern (Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals), Mr Matt Lady (Law School, the University of Adelaide), Dr Mehdi Jafarian (School of Mechanical Engineering, the University of Adelaide), Dr Tiziana Torresi (School of Social Sciences, the University of Adelaide), Associate Professor Veronica Soebarto (School of Architecture and Built Environment, the University of Adelaide).

In addition, the EU Centre for Global Affairs has awarded part of research grant funding for 2017 of a total of AUD$31,103 to Associate Professor David Brown (Law School, the University of Adelaide), Dr Adam Loch (Centre for Global Food and Resources, the University of Adelaide), Dr Nengye Liu (School of Law, the University of New England), Associate Professor Pamela Kent (Business School, the University of Adelaide).

Successful applicants have been informed individually of the precise amounts awarded to them and the conditions which apply.
