The University is currently undertaking a process to review the financial planning model and the processes that surround it.  Tony Mitchell is the Project Sponsor, assisted by Chris Soteriou, Project Director who will be joined by David Parker as the Project Manager (previously from Infrastructure, Property & Technology).  A Steering Committee has been formed and discussions are currently taking place with the Planning and Budget Committee (PBC) to discuss the Principles that will help shape the future of the University Financial Planning Model and Process (UFPM).
