It is with pleasure that we welcome back Lenae Crichton from leave. Lenae will continue to be an integral member of Financial Services within the Business Planning and Analysis team.  Lenae will be predominantly helping with the Salary Management Modelling tool, forecasting and support in developing the University Financial Planning Model.

To demonstrate our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, Financial Services has developed its own Customer Service Charter.
