To demonstrate our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, Financial Services has developed its own Customer Service Charter. Developing the charter was a branch wide initiative and involved all staff members. Ideas and suggestions were brainstormed in team sessions and brought together to produce the final version.
The charter outlines our goals and commitments we have made to deliver a high quality of customer service to all our customers, both internal and external to the University. It also sets out how we propose to meet our obligations and what customers can expect from us. Part of our commitment is the willingness to accept feedback and we will invite you to do this via our online feedback form.
