The University has engaged the services of Customer Care to assist in the management of travel safety for those traveling on behalf of the University.
Customer Care provide:
- Updates on health and security situations accross the globe by email or text message
- Email advice to travellers including immunisations, local customs and laws (note: the emails are from red24 Customer Services)
- An online tool called Travel Tracker that enables the University (Health, Safety & Wellbeing) to quickly determine the location and contact details of University travellers. Information is fed into the Travel Tracker when bookings are made through the University’s three travel management companies)
