The Notificiation to Travel Form was developed as a means for non cardholders to provide information to travel arrangers.

Following feedback from key travel arrangers, this form has recently been updated to better reflect the information required by a travel arranger. 

Although the use of this form is not mandated (from a Financial Services perspective) non cardholders needing to travel should contact their travel arranger about the local process regarding the use of this form.
