Between 5pm Friday 7 August and 9am Monday 10 August 2020, PeopleSoft Finance (inc. ePro) will experience a service interruption while annual maintenance upgrades are implemented. As a result several core University IT services will also experience service interruptions during this time, including:
- Online Shop
- Canvas Catalog
- Supplier Invoices and Online Reimbursements (Kofax)
- Student Bank Details
- Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Payment Processing (Arlo/JAAS)
- Fundraising and Donation (Raiser’s Edge) Payment Processing
On Friday 7th August, please ensure you log out of all PeopleSoft Finance systems before 4pm at the latest.
On Monday 10th August, restart your internet browser and clear your temporary internet history before accessing the systems. Guides on clearing your history can be found here.
