Planning, Development and Review (PDR) provides a mechanism for setting performance objectives and for planning the development required to achieve them. PDR is also about enhancing communication between staff members and managers and providing an opportunity for ongoing feedback on all levels of performance.
This forum will give participants an understanding of the PDR process from a staff member’s perspective as well as an overview of the staff member’s role in PDR. Participants will come away with useful techniques to identify and set your performance objectives and identify their own development needs. The forum will explore practical ways to build a strong working relationship with your manager through PDR discussions.
