PDR for Supervisors Part Two: Review Conversations Workshop – 11 June 2015

This workshop aims to provide participants with clear guidelines and some practical tools and skills-practice to increase capability and confidence to undertake a PDR review conversation with their staff.

It will enable supervisors/managers to plan and conduct a meeting to review performance and development for the year, acknowledge and document achievement of objectives, and share feedback relevant to any part of the process.
