Planned outage – PageUp Recruitment system – Friday 12 June 2015

Human Resources, Client Services have a number of enhancements to the PageUp Recruitment System ready to be moved into production. These enhancements include:

    • A new “Workload allocation Band” field on the Job and Offer card to give effect to “Education Specialist Academics”.
    • An updated “Contract Category and Workload Allocation Model Matrix” document accessible from the Job and Offer Card to provide guidance to system users.
    • Updated “Advertising costs” document accessible from the Job Card to provide guidance to system users.

To accommodate these changes it is necessary to perform a total system shutdown commencing at 12:30 PM Friday 12 June 2015, with the system back online at 3:30 PM.

This email is to advise you of this outage to allow you to adjust any deadlines you may have during this period and request that you logout of the system by 12:15 PM Friday 12 June 2015.
