HR Handbook – Revised Behaviour & Conduct Policy and Staff Complaints Procedure

The revised Behaviour and Conduct Policy and Staff Complaints Procedure have been approved by the Vice-Chancellor and President on 17 March 2016 and are now available on the HR Website.

The revision aims to:

  • consolidate the Complaints by Staff Policy and Guidelines which are currently on the University’s Governance website into one procedure named “Staff Complaints”; and
  • incorporate the authorities from the Complaints by Staff Policy into the Behaviour and Conduct Policy.
