There will be a change in the Payroll/HR processing deadlines in the lead up to the Easter long weekend.
Early Submission Deadline
All requests for variations to Payroll that require processing for the pay period 28 April 2017 must reach Human Resources by 5pm on Wednesday, 12 April 2017.
To ensure staff members receive payment for the pay period ending 28 April 2017, process-ready contract requests must be approved through CRAFT and AppoINT by 5pm on Friday, 31 March 2017.
Casual Timesheet Submission
For casual work undertaken the casual timesheet submission deadlines will remain unchanged as per the published CASPA Timesheet Submission and Validation Timeframes.
Although deadlines remain unchanged, to ensure timely payment please advise casuals to submit their timesheets early, ideally prior to the Easter long weekend. Contract Coordinators who are responsible for reviewing Default Academic Sessional contracts are reminded to remove auto-populated sessions on the public holidays (where applicable).
