How connectedness can help you build a mentally healthy workplace
“If we’re serious about building great companies and the human-based capabilities of organizations we need to learn how to understand and react to the whole human.” – Professor Jane Dutton, Center for Positive Organizations.
Connecting with others is at the heart of human nature; however, this is often overlooked in the workplace context. When we do examine the relationships and connections between people it is usually in the context of team work or collaboration, and connectedness is simply a means to an end.
In this one-hour webinar, we will walk through the benefits of human connectedness for creating a thriving workplace – including improving collaboration – as well as providing some tips for supporting and developing connectedness in the workplace.
This webinar is the second in a five-part series focusing on each of the domains of the thriving workplace: Leadership, Connectedness, Policy, Capability and Culture. This webinar series will be of interest to executives, business owners and professionals in HR, OD, WHS, Employee Wellbeing, Learning and Development.
