The HSW Team have revised the FAQ for Hazardous manual tasks to assist areas to meet the requirements for Hazard Management.

The FAQs include updated information on:

  • What is a hazardous manual task and musculoskeletal disorder.
  • How the risk of a musculoskeletal disorder can be reduced.
  • How similar hazardous manual tasks can be assessed at the same time.
  • How to control the risk of a hazardous manual task (with examples in accordance with the Hierarchy of control).

The Unisafe Poster is now available for download on the HSW Website.

The poster can be printed in A3  colour and placed in prominent areas within your Faculty/Division.
