ARC-TC IWP publishes study on non-Saccharomyces yeast Lachancea thermotolerans

PhD Student Ana Hranilovic has published her work on the yeast Lachancea thermotolerans (formerly Kluyveromyces thermotolerans) as a species with remarkable, yet underexplored, biotechnological potential.
