Recipe: Easy Cookies!

Makes about 40 cookies (50-cent-size )
Ingredients

2 cups Plain Flour
½ cup Castor Sugar
a pinch of Baking Powder
50g Butter
1 Egg
(for chocolate cookies, add 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder while reducing your flour by 1-2 teaspoons)

Method

Pre-heat oven to 180oC.
Line a tray with greaseproof paper and spray with oil or rub with butter.
