Free Bike Courses

These courses come in 2 sessions;

Session 1: Develop the fundamental skills of cycling; learn to balance, control and how to ride a bike for recreational purposes.

The accredited Ride-a-Bike Right trainers will then take you on a guided ride around the Adelaide Park Lands.

Participants must attend both sessions.
