Professor Janis Sarra from the University of British Columbia will present on the topic of ‘Retooling the insolvency law framework in light of the financial crisis’.

The Honourable Samuel L. Bufford, Scholar in Residence at Dickinson School of Law, Penn State University, will also present, on the topic of ‘International insolvency and corporate groups’.
